Conditions:

• Rates are inclusive tax, roundtrip airport transfer, flower arrangement and daily luxury car and driver standby at the villa.

• Minimum Stay :Low: 2 nights, High: 5 nights, Peak: 7 nights

• Include complimentary non-alcoholic beverages such as: fruit juices, soft drinks, mineral water, Indonesian tea and Bali coffee (however The Istana will charge for any special coffee like cappuccino, espresso, Latte, etc)
• Corkage charge of US$ 5 will apply to all bottles of alcohol and wine brought to and consumed on the premises by the guests (alcohol not purchased at the villa)
• The Istana will charge for food and beverages on a per item basis and employs two restaurant trained chefs and also maintains an extensive inventory of wines and beverages
