All Rates are quoted in United States Dollars.

What's Included?
Our properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensil etc. Item such as toilet paper, soap and drinking water are supplied at the villa. One of our staff will be at 'Ngurah Rai' airport to greet YOU on arrival and drive you and your family / party to your chosen holiday home. Transfers to and from the airport to villa are free of charge. Multiple transfer is additional charge.

Tax and Service
Due to the new regulation from the government, some of "Bali Villas" rental rates are subject to 10%-21% VAT (Value Added Tax) service charge. We will soon apply of this percentage of VAT & Service charge to All Villas available in this website.

Seasons
Low Season:
Jan 09 - July 14 (Except Lunar New year and Easter week),
High Season:
Lunar New year, Easter week, July 15 - July 31, Sept 01 - Sept 15
Peak Season:
Aug 01 - Aug 31 and Dec 20 - Jan 08

Minimum Stay
Minimum stay is 2 nights.

Payment
A 50% - non refundable deposit is required by the villa owner to secure the villa. And final payment to be settle upon arrival in Bali by cash USD or travellers cheque.

Accepted payment by credit card (Visa Card and MasterCard only) with 3.50 % surcharge for administration fee. Clients will need to send a guarantee letter by FAX to authorize us to debit such amount on the card, together with the copy of its both sides. It must be processed in Indonesian Rupiahs by law and will be converted at the prevailing bank-selling rate for US Dollar.

Cancellation
Cancellation of a booking at any time may result in forfeiture of deposits. Deposit will be refunded for a cancellation if we can re-booked the villa for the period of the initial booking. If only a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rated refund will be made. Any rental payments which qualify for a refund, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to a deduction of a 20% administration fee.

Travel Insurance
With potential medical, liability, cancellation risks involved in holidays, travel insurance is important, as deposits and rental payments are not refundable after a reservation has been confirmed. We highly recommend to buy an all-inclusive travel insurance package which covers all your expenses if you need to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or a world event.

Check-out Time
At some Villa Check-out time is 12 noon and Check-in after the 14:00 hours

Car Rentals (self drive or with driver)
Brand New Late model Toyota Kijang car (van with max 7 pax) is : USD 55 per day inclusive driver and petrol.

Liability
Bali Rental Villas will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of with respect accommodations, car rentals, including any substitutions. If any services accommodations are substituted, Bali Rental Villas will at all times and in good faith endeavor to substitute services accommodations of a comparable type.

Bali Rental Villas disclaims any and all liability for property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at a private villa, or whilst engaged on any tour, whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of Bali Rental Villas, its servants, employees or agents.
